Love Made Flesh
God with us, Emmanuel
Scripture: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son.” — John 3:16
Reflection
Christmas is the story of love stepping into our world. God’s love did not remain distant—it became flesh. Jesus entered our brokenness, not in power or splendor, but in humility, wrapped in swaddling clothes. This love is costly, unconditional, and eternal. The manger points us to the cross, where love was poured out completely. Advent reminds us that love is not just a feeling but an action: God gave His Son. When we receive His love, it transforms us—calling us to forgive, to serve, and to show compassion. Love is the greatest gift, and it is the reason we celebrate.
Prayers
• Father, thank You for sending Jesus, the ultimate gift of love.
• Teach me to love others with patience and kindness, even when it’s hard.
• May my home reflect Your love this Christmas, so others feel Your presence here.
